Sometimes the path of life is long and winding. Mine has been. The road of transformation has taken me from Flight Attendant to Spiritual Director and Hospital Chaplain to Psychotherapist and Jungian Analyst in Training—with a few pauses along the way as a cancer patient. Yet, in each new moment, the right next step has appeared—an intuition, an insight—perhaps in the form of a person or book or song or sudden opportunity. Living with attention to soul has allowed me to trust that whatever appears on the path is a meaningful invitation for the next step on my life’s journey. As a psychotherapist, I walk alongside you and listen. When walking and talking alongside another person, I appreciate the opportunity to pause and take in the view. We never know when Soul might appear!
Life experience matters, but so does professional training. I am a PLPC in Missouri with a Master‘s degree in Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University as well as a Master of Divinity degree and a Graduate Certificate in Spiritual Direction from Aquinas Institute of Theology. I also hold a Graduate Certificate in Adult Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from the St. Louis Psychoanalytic Institute. Currently, I reside in Zurich, where I am a Diploma Candidate at the International School of Analytical Psychology (ISAPZURICH). I am a Jungian Analyst in training.
I meet clients in person at the historic Psychology Club in Zurich. Online sessions are available to clients in the United States through video Telehealth.
